Is it possible to choose when my Casual Pass starts?

Customers who purchase a Casual Pass online can choose the start date, and time of the Casual Pass, as many as 15 days in advance. For example if you’re planning a trip to Brisbane in 10 days, you can pre-purchase your Casual Pass prior to your arrival.
Casual Passes purchased at CityCycle stations will start immediately.


When is the security deposit debited?

The security deposit of $48 is only debited in the event of theft or failure to return the bike within 24 hours. In case of a problem, you can contact the CityCycle Contact Centre on 1300 CCYCLE (1300 229 253) between 7.30am and 5.30pm, 7 days a week.

How can I cancel my Membership?

You can deactivate the auto renewal of your membership at any time, at least 72 hours before the end of your current membership period, by using the "My account" feature at citycycle.com.au or by calling the CityCycle Contact Centre on 1300 229 253. You will be able to reactivate the auto renewal on your membership within 12 months of it lapsing, to continue using the service and maintain your account history.

To proceed with a full closure of your account you will need to send an email to citycycle@citycycle.com.au with a brief declaration authorising us to close your account. Cancelling your membership will permanently close your account, once closed, the account cannot be re-opened.


How do I pay for usage after the free half-hour?

Members, your account will be debited once a month for any hire charges incurred.

Casual Pass holders, the charge is automatically debited from your credit or debit card 24 hours after your pass expires.

I am a member, how do I access the CityCycle service?

CityCycle members access CityCycle using an access card. When you sign up, you choose either to receive a CityCycle Classic Card (by mail), or choose to link a TransLink go card.

For Classic Card Members, allow up to five working days to receive your card and Membership Pack. In the meantime, you can access the service by entering your membership number and PIN until you receive you card.




I have a question about my membership, who can I speak to?

Please direct any of your membership and account queries to our CityCycle Contact Centre on 1300 CCYCLE (1300 229 253) between 7.30am and 5.30pm, 7 days a week, or complete the online email form.

Can I sign up or collect my access card in person from CityCycle?

No. The CityCycle offices are an operations base only.
Access Cards and Membership Packs are sent via mail to your nominated address within 5 business days of joining. To ensure timely receipt, please ensure that you supply a correct and up to date postal address at the time of joining.

Can I monitor my account via any Smartphone?

Yes, via the AllBikesNow application. You can check your last trips, choose your favourite stations and have real time information on available bikes and bike racks for every CityCycle station.

Where do I download the AllBikesNow app from and is it free?

AllBikesNow is free and available on all smart phones. Search for ‘AllBikesNow’ through the relevant device's app store.

What are bonus minutes and how do I use them?

Bonus minutes are accrued when a member returns their bike to a CityCycle Bonus station, these minutes are added to a members account automatically.
When using your bonus minutes, these are deducted in 15 minute blocks. To check how many bonus minutes you have, consult the ‘My Account’ feature on our website or through our free app AllBikesNow.
